Some of my very best memories growing up was the skating rink that Terry owned and ran most all of us got dropped off by our parents but he always looked out for all of us even when he would catch us smoking cigarettes or making out he would always threaten to tell on us but he never did..many times at closing time there was someone who didn't have a ride home, he never left us alone he always took everybody home before he went home.. I have not seen Terry in over 20 years because i moved away.but I'll never forget him because he always looked out for all of us like a big brother would do. you'll be sadly missed mr. Terry Taylor

Sad to hear. I can remember when he open the boys club in newport. He gave the kids in the neighborhood free cereal captain crunch. Then Terry skate town. Prayers for his family.
