I was so shocked when I opened The Newport Plain Talk and read Bill’s obituary.
I will miss stopping by his house to see and chat with him. We would laugh and talk about “old times”! He always thought I was too independent. Then we would talk Politics and “solve the world’s problems”. I enjoyed mine and my family’s friendship with him.
