Mr. Bobby Jeffers' Obituary
Mr. Bobby Doyle “Red” Jeffers, age 76, of Jefferson County, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Johnson City Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Hester Jeffers; mother Hattie Jeffers and father Sylvester Jeffers; brothers Arville, Jack, George, Leon and Elmer Jeffers and sister Nell Campbell.
Survivors include his daughters Sarah Shelton (Buddy Allison) and Linda Jeffers (Rick Moon) all of Newport; son Randy Jeffers (Vickie Gregg) of Bybee; step daughter Velma Nelson (Roy) of Unicoi County; step sons William “Billy” Lane of Dandridge and Walter Wilson of Bristol, Tn.;
Grandchildren Ken (Crystal) Shelton, Jeremiah Moon, Cody Moon (Amanda Pope) and Rachel (Bob) Orlando. Step grandchildren Jason (Leslie) Nelson, Chris (Amber) Nelson, William “Bubba” Lane Jr., Joyce (Ricky) Morgan, Jeffrey (Lee Anna) Nelson and Nathan (Candace) Nelson; Great grandchildren Autumn Shelton, Summer Norton, Paisley Orlando, Chelsea Shelton, Kaden Shelton, Charity Shelton Cadience Moon and Aiden Moon. Step great grandchildren Rachel, Kaitlen, Kimberly Nelson, Brooke, Summer, Autumn, Shailee Nelson, Taylor Nelson, Jeremiah Nelson, Fisher, Eliah, Christian Morgan, Trinity Costello, Dylan Lane and Madison Lane. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will hold a memorial service at Resthaven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
