Ms. Carla Ann McNabb Seay passed away Saturday October 19,2024 at Newport Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by her father Carl McNabb and brother Roy McNabb.
Survivors include her sons Zack Seay and Cory Seay; 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter and mother Shirley Jackson McNabb, all of Newport.
Family and friends will meet at 10:45 AM Wednesday October 23, 2024 at Union Cemetery for a 11:00 AM graveside service with Pastor Glenn Franklin officiating.
