Mrs. Cassandra Elaine McDowell's Obituary
Mrs. Cassandra Elaine McDowell, age 49, of Parrottsville, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Newport Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents Daniel Carl Carey and Barbara Kay Carey, a grandchild and a brother.
Survivors include her husband Weston Scott McDowell of Parrottsville, children Michael (Jamie) McDowell of GA, Kandy Carey (David Ballard) of FL, Edward Carey of FL, Cheyenne (Josh) Daniel of GA and Eric Kenerly of NC, nine grandchildren and sisters Mimi Pulfer of GA and Debbie Carey of FL. Additional survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
