Mr. Charles Sutton's Obituary
Mr. Charles Sutton, age 74, of Dandridge, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Sutton was retired from Nicholas Farms after 30 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents Cled and Elmer Sutton, sister Bonnie Sutton; brothers D.B. Sutton, Donnie Sutton and Willard Sutton; brothers and sisters in law Clemmie and Dovie Sutton, Kiff and Patsy Sutton; brothers-in-law Paul Ball, Jim Ryan, James Lunsford and Roscoe Hill.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years Carolyn Wilson Sutton of the home, son Charles “Chuck” Sutton Jr. (Anna) of Newport, step grandchildren Heath, Cassie and Shea all of Newport, sisters Thelma Ball and Glennie Hill both of Cosby, Eva Jo Ryan of Newport and Rose Lunsford of Sevierville; brothers and sisters-in-law Jack and Ruby Sutton of Cosby, Lawrence and May Sutton of Sevierville. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to say a special “Thank You” to Smoky Mountain Hospice for their special care and concern.
The funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday afternoon, January 31, 2015 at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Trent officiating. Interment will be in Waters- Large Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11am-1pm Saturday January 31, 2015 at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home prior to the service.
