Crayton Lunsford, 82, of Cosby, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 at his home.He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Lora Lunsford, brothers, Yandell Brewster, Ashley, Lonas, and Dean Lunsford, sisters, Fontella Williamson and Elizabeth Lunsford.He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Faye Lunsford, daughters, Donna Lunsford Evans (Randy) and Jeannie Lunsford Hall, brother, Lowell Lunsford, grandchildren, April Underwood Gillespie, Amanda Underwood West, and Michael Gunter, great grandchildren, Chase, Boston, Savanah, Heidi, Dallas, Xavian, Madaya, and Justus, and his beloved canine companion, Lulu.Mr. Lunsford was cremated per his request. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 4, 2016 from 5pm-7pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Newport Animal Shelter.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Lunsford family.
