Curtis L. Whittle, Sr. age 81 of Cocoa, FL died Monday at Newport Health & Rehab.He was a retired nursery operator and minister.He was preceded in death by his parents Curtis Mason and Bula Irene Whittle and several brothers and sisters.He is survived by his wife Bonnie Fish Whittle, son Curtis, Jr.and wife Kathy of Cocoa FL, daughters Irene Diane of Ohio, Ida JoAnne of GA.And Debra Carol of Knoxville.One sister Laura Ruth Jarvis of Auburndale,FLAlso eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Byron Chambers officiating.Family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.Interment will be in the McGaha Cemetery.The family would like to say a special thanks to the Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made th the Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice 222 Heritage Blvd. Newport, TN 37821Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Whittle family.
