David Holland Coakley, age 57 of Parrottsville, died Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at the Holston Valley Hospital in Sullivan County.He was a member of the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church, member of the Parrottsville VFD and an avid deer hunter.He was preceded in death by his father Max Coakley, brothers Roger and Tim Caokley.He is survived by his wife Donna Coakley, mother Mary Coakley, daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Terry Stokely.Grandchildren Madison, Keli, Haley, Alyssa and Kaden Stokely. Nephews Israel Coakley and his daughter Sidney, Jerry and Grant Coakley.Special Friends Kirstie Damos, Morgan and Lincoln Kirkpatrick, Missy and Mark Kirkpatrick and Martha Gregg.Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Friday, August 23, 2013, at the Brown Funeral Home ChapelFamily will receive friends from 6-7 p.m prior to the service.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to help with medical and final expenses.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Coakley family.
