Mr David Chance Johnson's Obituary
Mr. David Chance Johnson, age 71 of Newport, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital.
He enjoyed working on cars, playing the piano and singing at various churches, walking in the park and having his daily talk with his Lord, he spent many days caring for his puppy “Buddy”, but most of all he loved God, and his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Ann Miller Johnson; father Edward James Johnson and his puppy “Buddy”.
Survivors include his daughters Melody Johnson, Harmony (Buddy) Ball and the mother of his children Christine Johnson.
The burial at Denton Cemetery will be private.
