Delsie Ruth Smith, 87, of Newport, passed away, February 7, 2021. She was born on January 23, 1934.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Melvin Smith, son, Gary Smith, and grandson, Jonathon Hall.
She is survived by, daughter, Juanita Speed (late Charlie Speed), son, Charles "Stu" (Deanna)Smith, daughter, Barbara (Dave)Douglas, daughter, Donna (Dave)Dunham and daughter Amanda Smith.
Grandchildren; Michelle Brady, Valerie Speed, Pete Hayes, Jennifer (Todd) Holt, David Hall, Michael (Amanda) Hayes and Kendra Smith.
Great-Grandchildren; Hunter, Alexis (Jon), and Carsyn Brady, Ethan and Gabe Kinsler, Bryson Hayes, Jackson, Anna, and Sam Holt, Lexie and Chole Hall, Brayden and Kamryn Hayes, Lane, Kelsey, and Keeley Hall, Bentley, Isaiah, Ryder, and Brooklyn.
Great, Great grandson; Bowie Blondell
Special nephew and niece, Jimmy and Donna Smith and special friend Gary "Pete" Hayes. Pallbearers for graveside service are Pete, Michael, Bryson and Brayden Hayes, Hunter and Carsyn Brady, and Ethan and Gabe Kinsler.

Graveside Service will be held at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Bybee Tennessee on Thursday February 11, 2021 at 2:00p.m.
