Mrs. Dorothy G. Williamson

Mrs. Dorothy Geraldine Bryant Williamson, age 82, of Newport passed away Monday afternoon, April 8, 2024 at her home.
She loved going to her Primitive Church, taking care of her grandson and feeding and watching hummingbirds.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Sandra Lamkey; parents Ottis (Spot) and Ethel Bryant; sister Louella Butler and brother Ruble Bryant.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years Herbert Williamson; son Jeff (Sandy) Williamson; grandchildren Christopher Smith, Misty (Eric) Treadway and Samuel Lamkey; great grandchildren Dre, Makayla and Pierce Treadway; son-n-law Alan Lamkey; sisters Linda (Crayton) Norris, Martha (Darius) Crum, Rosie (John) Phillips and Judy (Glenn) Rolen and brothers Earl Bryant and Sheryl Wayne Bryant
Additional survivors include a special cousin Angeline Arrowood, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family and friends will meet at 12:45 P.M. Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Hannon-Bryant Cemetery for the 1:00 P.M. graveside service with Elder Maurice Shults officiating.
