Mrs. Drema Kay Nash, age 66, of Newport, passed away Sunday afternoon, April 9, 2023 at Le Conte Medical Center. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her grandson Nathan Livingston; parents Curtis and Ina Der Read Obituary
Having known you since we were 7 or 8 years old meant that we knew so much about each other... you have always brought joy to my life dear Sissy. I remember when Bette passed and you cried for your sisters cause you lost both of them. That was the day you agreed to let me be your very own Sissy and we really renewed our friendship and he closer than ever. I will pray for your loved ones comfort as long as I am here and breathing.

Drema, we met in 1970 @ Burton Jr High & became instant friends, we lost touch after school untill one morning I went into work ( Kavan's ) & there you were getting trained, I was so excited to see you, then years after that I was going to Ross Medical Education Center ti be a Medical Assistant & low & behold there you were again ( we were definitely meant to be friends ) we again lost touch untill Facebook came along, we got to reconnect & stay in each others lives again, I just wish we could have seen each other in person ❤️ rest easy my friend, Karen
Drema we shared many years of friendship starting at Burton Jr High, (1970) then again at Kavan's I walked into work that morning ( server ) and there you were being trained, I was so happy that we were reconnected again, then years later I was attending the Medical Assistant Program @ Ross and low & behold there you were again☺️ somehow we always found each other, FB has been awesome to stay connected, I just wish we could have hooked up in person 😢 I'll never forget you, RIP my friend, ❤️ Karen
One of my fondest memories of Drema is she was a hard worker, our first job together was at A & W Rootbeer. Then we both moved on to Clark’s gas station. Drema was a great friend, she was caring & funny. I will always remember our fun times together, until we meet again my dear friend. Debby Golden.
