Edward Nowak, 78, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 11, 2016.He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, brother-in-law, and nephew.He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Janet Nowak, son Glenn (Kim) Nowak, daughter, Lisa (Robert) Onufer, grandsons, Nick (Tasha) and Jacob, great granddaughter, Nora, sister, Rita, sister-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.Special thanks to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice.The family will receive friends, Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 6pm-8pm at Brown Funeral Home with Prayer Service by Monsignor Bob Hofstetter to follow at 8pmIn lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, 222 Heritage Blvd. Newport, Tennessee 37821 or to North Suburban Special Olympics, C/O Kevin Szydel, 1008 Woodview Drive, Grafton, WI 53024.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Nowak family.
