Eugene Carl Ottinger, 48, of Parrottsville, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016.He was preceded in death by his brother, Henry Rick Ottinger.He is survived by his wife, Theresa Ottinger, parents, Carl and Marie Ottinger, son, James Ottinger, daughters, Tiffany (Larry) Caldwell, Chelsey Rathbone, Caroline Solomon, and daughter-of-the-heart, Ashely Kear, sisters, Jeanette (Terry) Manis, Marcia Williams, and Pearl (Ray) Lindsey, nieces and nephews, Jonathan Hill, Dustin Kear, Breanna Lindsey, Macy Lindsey, Travis Daniels, and Josh Hill, grandchildren, Gracin Rathbone and Jasmine Ottinger.Mr. Ottinger will be cremated per family request.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Ottinger family.
