Ms. Evelyn Joann Ellison Burgess' Obituary
Mrs. Evelyn Joann Ellison Burgess, age 54, of Newport, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014 at Newport Medical Center
She was preceded in death by her father Phillip Ellison and niece Tammy Crumbley.
Survivors include her children Kevin and Tina one granddaughter and one grandson; mother Mabel Lee James Ellison of Newport; sisters Donna Beaver of Newport; Shirley Ellison of Cosby; Linda Beaudette of Wisconsin; Kathy Grooms of Parrottsville and Amy Ellison of Newport; brothers Lonnie Ellison of South Carolina; Roy Dan Ellison of Del Rio; Joey Neil Ellison of Del Rio and David Ellison of Newport. Additional survivors include several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including a very special friend Lori Hemminger.
The funeral service will be held 7:00pm Monday evening, December 1, 2014 in the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Suggs officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45am Tuesday at the Ellison Cemetery for the 11:00am interment. The family will recieve friends from 5:00pm-7:00pm Monday evening at Costner-Maloy prior to the service.
