Evelyn P. Ebbs, age 66, of Newport, TN, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2011, at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Alice Upton Pigg; and brother J. T. Pigg.She is survived by her husband Harold Edward Ebbs; daughter Julia Diane Moore and fiancé David Ramsey; son Harold Lee Ebbs; grandchildren Andrew Moore and Jimmy Moore; great granddaughters Jasmine, Haley, Emily, Megan, and Bailey; brothers Herbert, Charlie and Larry Pigg; sisters Cindy and Eloise; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.No services are planned at this time, however friends may drop in and visit at 444 Hwy. 160 Newport, TN.
