Mrs. Flora Edna Monday's Obituary
Mrs. Flora Edna Morefield Monday, age 81, of Newport, passed away Tuesday Afternoon, November 1, 2022 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Alice Lane; daughter-in-law Patricia Lane; parents Oatis and Flora Adaline Morefield; one brother and four sisters.
Survivors include her husband John Ronnie Monday of the home; daughters Sally Lane of Newport and Wendy (Pete) Iosa of Charleston, SC; son Jackie Lane of Rome, GA. Additional survivors include several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and one brother.
Per her request, she will be cremated. The family will host a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
