Flossie Ball Vice age 77, passed away February 15, 2014 at her home in Bybee.She is the daughter of the late lawson and Cressie Ottinger of the Parrottsville community.She was a member of the Bear Creek Church.She was preceded in death by her husband obf45 years, Willie E. Vick and son-in-law Frog Gibson.She is survived by her children Idarene Gibson, Ethel and Ronnie Lovell, Loretta Vick and Roy Williams, Edward J. Vick all of Newport.Grandchildren April Hux, Stephanie Maples, T. J. Lovell, Linda Franklin, Reba and Peyton Williams and Destine-Daisy Vick. Also a special friend Rose Franklum, 6 great grandchildren, 11 brothers and sisters and a host of nieces and nephews.A special thank you to the Brown Funeral Home for the care and kindness that they have given to the family.Family will receive friends from 1 - 3 pm Tuesday at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service at 3 pm with the Rev. Mike Elkins and Terry Dawson officiating.Burial will follow in the Bear Creek Cemetery.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Vick family.
