Mr. Fredrick Eugene Palmer's Obituary
Mr. Fredrick Eugene Palmer, age 67, of Newport, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Newport Medical Center.
He was a member of Newport Episcopal Church of the Annunciation.
He was preceded in death by his parents Everette and Alta Palmer; brother Charles Palmer and sister in law Lavonia Palmer.
Survivors include his brothers Jim Palmer of Morristown and Dr. Gary (Rhonda) Palmer of Lexington, Kentucky; nieces and nephews Daphne (Randall) Thompson of Goodlesville, Tn., Julie (Steve) Lane of Johnson City, Amy (Dan) Collins of Henderson, Texas, Sandy (David) Bradshaw of Oak Ridge and Bill (Susan) Palmer of Newport. Additional survivors include several great nieces and great nephews.
A memorial service will be held 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening, April 25, 2019 in the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Father David Garrett officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday evening at Costner-Maloy prior to the service.
