Mrs. Glenda Sue Stevens' Obituary
Mrs. Glenda Sue Sutton Stevens, age 68, of Cosby, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Newport Medical Center.
Glenda was a local beautician her career spanned over forty five years.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Stevens, daughter Darla Stevens-Abbott and father Clyde Sutton.
Survivors include her daughter Carla (Dean) Valentine of Cosby and son-in-law Andy Abbott of Winston Salem, North Carolina; grandchildren Drew Abbott and
Taylor (Chris) Naillon; great grandchildren Willow Naillon and Shelly Naillon and mother Mary Helen Sutton all of Cosby. Additional survivors include several nieces and friends.
Family and friends will meet at 2:45 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2017 at Caton’s Grove Church Cemetery for a 3:00 p.m. graveside service with Pastor Leon Large officiating.
The family will receive friends at 4250 Wildwood Drive-Cosby, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Costner-Maloy to help cover the final expense.
