Hazel Lewis Ramsey, age 96, of Newport, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018.She was the oldest member of Dutch Bottoms Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Florence Lewis, husband, Arthur Ramsey, sons, Burnett and Charles Ramsey, 19 siblings, son-in-law, Gabby Williams, and great great granddaughter, Skylar Fox.She is survived by her children, Chester R. (Marilyn) Ramsey, Shirley Williams, and Jean (Burke) Callison, sister, Ethel Warner, grandchildren, Steve, Larry and Gary Ramsey, Teresa Williams and Regina James, Jeanene (Troy) Fox, Wesley (Rachel) Callison, Scott Callison, Debbie (Tim Gass), Terry and Jerry Ramsey, great grandchildren, Lara and Brandon Ramsey, Chuck and Richard McMahan, Macy James, Heather and Whitney Fox, Maelee and Conner Callison, Chad (Kristen) Evans, Terra (James) Owens, and Hunter Ramsey, Brandon Ramsey( Amanda Styles), great great grandchildren, Logan Allen, Mason and Dillon McMahan, Maleah and Peyton Stewart, and Jaxcyn Fox, Parker and Lorilee Styles, and former daughter-in-law, Wilma ParksThe family will receive friends Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral will service will follow at 7:00pm with Bro. Ned Ramsey officiating.
