Hazel Dean Self Silvers

Hazel Dean Self Silvers, age 90, a resident of Ooltewah Tennessee passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at The Lantern at Morning Point Health Care Facility.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Althea Self; daughter Judith Marie Church; siblings Troy Self, Lori Goode, Ruby Cook, Hugh Self and Hurley Self.
Survivors include her daughters Elizabeth Ann Davis and Wilma Lee Ferguson; grandsons Klon Kitchen, Josh Church; granddaughter Autumn Brantley and great grandchildren Ethan Brantley, Ella Brantley, Melanie Frazier, Delinger Church, Ava Kitchen, Ethan Kitchen, Olivia Kitchen and Norah Kitchen. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Dean was known by all to be a very special and loving person and her mission in life was winning people to the Lord, and she will be missed.
Family and friends will meet at 10:45 A.M. Saturday May 18, 2024 at the Salvation Army Bonnie Hill Chapel Cemetery in Hot Springs, NC for the 11:00 A.M. graveside service with Rev. David Ferguson officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Salvation Army Bonnie Hill Chapel following the interment.
