Jack Woody Reynolds age 83, of Bybee, died Sunday afternoon at the Tennova Newport Medical Center.He was former principal at Cocke County High School and a veteran of the US Navy serving in the Korean Conflict.He was preceded in death by his daughter Sally Deanna, mother Katherine (Kat) Woody Kyker, father Jack C. Reynolds, sister Dean Fancher and brother Frances M. White, Jr.He is survived by his wife of 57 years Clara Jane Miller Reynolds of the home.Daughter and son-in-law Jacqueline L. Culler Drenzek and Stephen M. Drenzek of Acworth, GA.Son and daughter-in-law Jubal Reynolds and Brenda Parham of Bybee.Grandson Jack Phillip Reynolds Culler of Acworth, GA.Sisters Beverly Coakley of Newport, Peggy Burnett of Bean Station and Patsy Seehorn of Garland, TX.Sister-in-law Dorothy White of White Pine.Special niece and husband Rita and Ken Carter of Newport, Lindsey Thomas Massey and Michael.Also several other nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be 1 pm Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Arnold Webb officiating.Family will receive friends Tuesday evening, April 15, 2014 from 2-4 pm and from 6 – 8 pm.Burial will be in the Glendale Cemetery.Pallbearers will be Jeff Fancher, Ray Fancher, Mike Proffitt, Jim Smelcer, Casey Kelley, Jason Kurley and homorary pallbearer Mitch Coakley.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Briar Thicket Baptist Church P.O.
