Mr. Jacob Anthony Moak's Obituary
Mr. Jacob Anthony Moak, age 40, of Gatlinburg, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ruben and Teresa LaBorde and A.L. Moak and Dora Lee Moak; sister Tara LaBorde.
Survivors include his son Kameron Moak; mother Cynthia LaBorde; father Randy Moak; sister Amity Starga; brothers Byron (Michelle) Starga, Brady (Jennifer) Starga and Travis Moak. Additional survivors include his aunt A.M. Moak; uncles Will LaBorde and A.L. Moak; niece Brynna Starga and nephews Jordan Starga, Marissa Starga and Barron Starga.
A memorial service was held 3:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon, August 23, 2018 in the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Father Bob Hofstetter officiating.
The family received friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Costner-Maloy prior to the service.
