Mr. Jacob David Smith's Obituary
Mr. Jacob David Smith, age 29, of Newport, passed away February 16, 2022 at Newport Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his father David Wayne Smith.
Survivors include his wife Anna Lee Smith of the home; children Jacob David Smith Jr. and one child expected in September; mother Tonya Moloney of Ohio; father-in-law and mother-in-law Roger and Connie Henderson of Cosby; brother Kaniah Moloney of Newport; sisters Tasha Smith (Craig Sparks) of Parrottsville and Jeanne Logan (Joseph) of Seymour and brother-in-law James Henderson of Newport. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will meet 2:45 p.m. Monday afternoon, February 22, 2022 at Henderson Family Cemetery, (826 Upward Way, Newport, Tennessee) for the 3:00 p.m. graveside service with Rev. Glen Ball officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
