Judith Faye Self, age 80, of Del Rio, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017.She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Self and parents, B.C. and Gertie Caldwell.She is survived by her children, Sue (Norman) Henderson, Faye Self, Dwayne (Angie) Self, Jerry (Debbie) Self, Eunice (Pete) Dalrymple, Trudy (Danny) Hall, and Marty Self, grandchildren, Shelley, Thomas, and Kaitlyn Self, and Adrianne Dalrymple.The family would like to extend a special "Thank you" to Dr. James Williams and the staff of Newport Convalescent Center for their loving care of Ms. Self.The family will receive friends Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00pm with Rev. Wayne Haney and Rev. Bill Murr officiating. Burial will take place Sunday, July 23, 2017 at 10:00am in the Jonestown Cemetery.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Ms. Judith F. Self.
