Mrs. Linda L. Ottinger

Mrs. Linda Lou Cutshaw Ottinger, age 70, of Parrottsville, passed away Saturday morning, August 5, 2023 at her home.
She was preceded in death by husband Loyd Ottinger; parents Flonnis and Effie Cutshaw; infant brother Eugene Cutshaw; brothers Roy Cutshaw and Raymond Cutshaw and a sister Zetty Rader.
Survivors include her companion of 22 years Dennis Chrisman of Parrottsville; daughter Virginia (Jeffery) Bell of Bybee; grandchildren Ronnie S. Brockwell of Parrottsville and Jacob (Keli) Bell of Bybee; great-grandchild Westin Bell of Bybee; sisters Charlotte Ross of Chuckey, TN, Patsy Rice of Greeneville, TN and Diane Ottinger of Rogersville, TN. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a caregiver Sarah Hagan of Parrottsville.
The family will host a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
Cremation Arrangements entrusted to Costner-Maloy & Brown Funeral Home.
