Marie Myers age 64 of Cosby went to be with the lord on November 28, 2011. She was preceded in death by husband Leonard Myers Sr., daughter Maria Myers, grandsons Michael Myers and Jacob Cutshall and parents James M. and Euvela Gunter. She is survived by her daughter Tandra and Ken Cutshall of Newport, son Leonard Jr. and Angelia Myers of Cosby, son Phillip and Misty Myers of Cosby, daughter Teresa (Bryon) Norris of Cosby , son James and Bobby Myers of Newport. Grandchildren include Carrie Myers, Charlie Harbin, Chris Naillon, Amber Norris, T. J. Naillon, Kayla Myers, Sierra Myers, Tyler Myers, Macy Johnson, Caitlen Myers, Jared Crumbley. Great grandchildren include Kendra Gann, Keith Norris, Hunner Naillon, Kailee Bible, Talissa Nailon, Jaden Gann and Kayden Mullins. Special nieces are Kristie Brown and Shauna Bryant. Brother Jay and Velma Gunter, sister Louise and Alfred Stuart, brother Jeffery and Gail Gunter, sister Betty and James Dockery, sister Orzella Caughron. Special friends are Geraldine Valentine and Dorothy Walker. There is a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral Service will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2011 in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Fred Cagle and Sister Phylis Blazer officiating. Graveside Services will be 11:00 Friday, December 2, 2011 at Smith Cemetery in Cosby. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 on December 1, 2011 at Brown Funeral Home.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Myers family.
