Martha Eloise Wiley Dalton, age 89, of Newport passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at The McLemore House in Morristown, TN. Martha was a member of West End Baptist Tabernacle, Newport.She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, John W. Dalton; son Aubrey D. Dalton; step-son John Ray Dalton.She is survived by daughters Sue(Terry) Caldwell of Newport, Margaret L.(Arvin) Keys of White Pine, Gail Howard of Newport, Martha L.(Hugh) Campbell of Johnson City, Denise Henderson of Arkansas, Trisha (Alan)McCoy of Johnson City, Sandra Van Dyke of Dandridge and step-daughter Janie Louise Kelley of Newport; sons Charles D. Dalton of Newport and Hubert W. Dalton of Newport; 20 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; brothers James Roy Wiley; sisters Maggie Blanchard, Dorothy Wiley and Hattie Shults; special caregivers Becky Rogers, Greta Riddle, Whitney Shaver, Angie Cody and Pat Edwards; Special friends Sylvia Click, Jack Keller, Alvin Wayne Hux ,Rev. James Suggs, Tony Layman and Steve Renner.A special thank you to U.T. Home Health and Hospice for their loving care.The family will receive friends Thursday, July 21, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Friday, July 22, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home with the Rev. James Suggs officiating. A graveside service will follow in Resthaven Memorial Garden.
