Mrs. Mary Anne Thomas Moyers, age 87, of Newport, born February 16, 1935, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion “Murd” Moyers.
She is survived by her son, Michael Moyers of Newport, daughters, Cheryl Kirby and Janine Moyers, both of Texas, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Mary Ann was a lifelong nurse of 51 years. She started at Mims Clinic and retired from Baptist Hospital of Newport.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 6:00pm at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Mooty officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00pm-6:00pm prior to service.
