Mr. Michael Hazelwood's Obituary
Mr. Michael “Morris” Hazelwood, age 61, of Kingwood, Texas, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Memorial Hermann Northeast Medical Center in Humble Texas.
He was a member of Garrell Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Teresa E. Hazelwood; daughter Rachel (Hugh) Perry all of Houston, Texas; son Daniel (Devin) Hazelwood of Denver, Colorado; granddaughter Caitlin Perry of Houston, Texas; brothers Donnie (Terry) Hazelwood, Ricky (Linda) Hazelwood and Jerry (Novella) Hazelwood and sister Melissa (Scott) Kelley all of Newport. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral service will be private.
