Naoma Cates Seay, age 95 of Del Rio, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Seay; her parents, Isaac & Effie Cates; brothers, Ben Cates & Earl Cates; and sisters, Zanna Allen, Eloda Keen, & Evolyn Cagle.She is survived by her son, Bob Seay (& wife, Viola); sisters, Doris Lynch & Beatrice Freeman; and several nieces and nephews.The family would like to extend special thanks to Mrs. Seay's caregivers; Lisa Reece, Tennie Yates, Audrey Allman, Ellen Farmer, & Mary Green.Visitation will be held on the evening of Good Friday, April 14, 2017 from 5PM to 7PM at Brown Funeral Home. A graveside service will take place at the Clark Cemetery in Deep Gap at 11AM Saturday, April 15, 2017. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Del Rio Community Association, P.O. Box 24, Del Rio, TN 37727Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve Mrs. Seay's family.
