Mrs. Patricia Gunter, age 65, of Newport, passed away Thursday evening, November 9, 2023 at her home.
She was preceded in death by husband Billy A. Gunter; parents Hollis and Betty Phillips; grandmother Swannie Hall; sister Donna Kay Barnes; brother Danny Phillips; niece Misty Barnes and nephew Jon Williams
Survivors include her daughter Amanda (Johnny) Bennett; grandchildren Isaac Williamson (Haley Webb), Adalynn Bennett and Brexton Bennett; great-grandchildren Maverick Williamson and Easton Williamson; sisters Dorothy (Gary) Kyker, Kim (Danny) Worex and Debbie Cox all of Newport, Judine Oakley of Sevierville. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including special friends Sonya Ray, Marsha Large, Dr. Thomas Conway and Julie Ruegsegger.
Family and friends will meet at 11:45 a.m. Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Union Cemetery for the 12:00 p.m. graveside service with Stephen Neal officiating.
