Mrs. Pauline Owenby's Obituary
Mrs. Pauline Fink Owenby, age 92, of Cosby, passed away Wednesday morning, August 2, 2023.
She was a member of Liberty Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Ray Owenby; daughters Paula E. Ball and Robin Baxter; son-in-law Ronnie Godfrey; parents Leonard Fink and Minnie Fink Barz and a brother Stanley (Jane) Fink.
Survivors include her daughter Cecilia Godfrey and sons-in-law Russell Ball and Gary A. Baxter; grandchildren Christopher Godfrey, Amanda (Lynn) Stanley, Rebecca (Justin) Hartsell, Matthew (Robin) Godfrey, Shannon (Christian) Godfrey, Priscilla (Jimmy) Moore, Joseph “Chunky” (Jessica) Ball, Lena L. Baxter, Gary Albert Baxter II, Sarah Jane (Travis) Brooks and 15 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice and to her caregiver and son-in-law Russell Ball.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 7, 2023 at Union Cemetery with Pastor Rick McHaffey officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Monday, prior to the graveside service.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Monday at Costner-Maloy & Brown Funeral Home.
