Rachel Jerusha Reece Campbell entered the arms of the angels Monday morning, August 13, 2018, at home with her loving husband by her side.She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and a member of the Westend Tabernacle where her husband is the pastor.She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Melvina Reece, brothers, Leon and Eugene Reece, sisters, Viva Smith, Kathryn Rogers Long, Mary Elizabeth Ross, and Shirley Kelch, her children, Jeff and David Campbell, and Susan Brooks, and grandchildren Phillip Shropshire and Justin Campbell, and much loved son-in-law, Ernest Seal.She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Dr. Earl (Bud) Campbell, daughters, Yuvonda Seal, two daughter-in-laws, Pamela Campbell and Paula Campbell Coulter (Randy), grandchildren, Douglas Shropshire, Kris Brooks, Ben Brooks, Mike Campbell, Jennifer Campbell, and Kayla Campbell, great grandchildren, Ezra Shropshire, Aaron Shropshire, Luke Shropshire, Austin Campbell, Blake Campbell, Madison Campbell, Mason Brooks, Sidney Brooks, Braden Duncan,and Bryson Campbell, and great great grandchildren, Slate Shropshire, River Shropshire, Hunter Ellison, and Elena Marie Shropshire, sister, Linda Bible Graves (Cliff), brother, Isaac Reece (Faye) and a host of cousins and many, many friends.The family wishes to extend a heart-felt “Thank you” to Smoky Mtn Home Health and Hospice for their excellent care of Jerusha during her sickness.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Westend Tabernacle.The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Westend Tabernacle.. Funeral service will follow at 6:00pm with Rev. Steve Blanchard and Bro. Sherman Allen officiating. Burial will take place Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 11:00am in the Clark Cemetery.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Campbell family.
