Mr. Rachel Marie Maples, age 31, of Newport passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at Newport Medical Center.
The funeral service will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, September 4, 2019 in the Costner-Maloy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tommy Hart officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home prior to the service.
