Mrs. Roseann S. Hall, age 89, of Del Rio, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Newport Health and Rehab Center.
Survivors include her husband Edsel Hall of del Rio; brothers and sisters-in- law Floyd (Brenda) Hall of Kentucky, Lloyd Hall, and Arvelle Roach both of South Carolina, Eleanor hall of Michigan and Berlie Bates of Arkansas. Additional survivors include several nieces and nephews.
