Roy Lee Webb, 78, of Cosby, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016 at Tennova Newport Convalescent Center.He was preceded in death by his parents, Clawton and Harriet Webb, son, Phillip Kimbrough, brothers, Jay, Coy, Sam, and Jack Webb.He is survived by his wife, Ella ‘Louise' Webb, sons, Jeffery Webb, Bobby Lee (Marie) Webb, Jackie Wilson, Alan Kimbrough, and David Kimbrough, daughters, Judy Ogle, Barbara Large, Amanda Webb, Tracy Kimbrough, Robin Ramsey, Shana Presley, Kristi Cagle, sisters, Marie Williams, Archie Gaylon, and Helen Ownby, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.The family will receive friends Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 5pm-7pm with funeral service to follow at 7pm. Rev. Glen Ball and Rev. Doug Messer officiating. Burial will take place in the Jenkins Chapel Cemetery Friday, April 8, 2016 at noon.Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Roy Lee Webb family.
