Mr. Steven Floyd Hance's Obituary
Mr. Steven Floyd Hance, age 49, of Newport, passed away at Newport Medical Center.
He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father Floyd Hance; grandfather Charles Ledford; grandmother Magaline McMahan; step grandfather Arthur McMahan; step grandmother Lillian Ledford; grandmother Pearl Hance.
Survivors include his wife Casey Peterson; daughter Jessica Hance; granddaughter Karma Carmichael all of Newport; mother JoAnn (Glenn) Owens of Dandridge; sisters Laura Hood of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Patricia (Neil) Good of Mascot and brother Christopher Hinson of Dandridge. Additional survivors include several aunts, uncles, nieces including special niece Shayla Hunley of Dandridge, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends will meet at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Union Cemetery for the 1:00 p.m. graveside service with Pastor Ronnie Askew officiating.
In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the service, Costner-Maloy strongly encourages that all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
