Mrs. Vivian L. Kramer

Mrs. Vivian L. Suggs Kramer, age 92, of Newport, passed away Tuesday evening, July 9, 2024 at Jefferson Park at Dandridge.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Amanda Kramer; parents Burnett and Ruby Suggs and a brother Charles Suggs.
Survivors include her son James (Tanya) Kramer of Jefferson City. Additional survivors include two nieces, a great-nephew and several cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 15, 2024 at Union Cemetery. The service will also include a Celebration of Life Service for Miss. Amanda Kramer, who passed away on April 16, 2024.
Family and friends will meet at 9:45 A.M. Monday at Union Cemetery for the 10:00 A.M. graveside service.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl.17, Chicago, IL 60601.
