Wallace D. Seay, age 78, of Newport, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Julia Seay and brother, Noel Seay.He is survived by his daughter, Vickie (Dudley) Fagan and son, Wallace Seay, Jr., grandchildren, Chris Fagan, Dustin (Emilee) Fagan, and Miranda Seay, great grandchildren, Elan and Kellen Fagan, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.The family will receive friends Friday, January 27, 2017 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 6:00pm with Bro. John Bugg officiating. Graveside service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:00am in the Clark Cemetery at Deep Gap.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Celebrate Life Cancer Support Group, P.O. Box 263, Newport, TN 37822Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the Seay family.
