Mrs. Wanda K. Holt Overholt

Mrs. Wanda Kay Holt Overholt, age 68, of Newport, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Lee Overholt Sr.; step daughter Carless Keller, parents Rev. Fred R. Holt and Dorothy E. Holt; brother Timmy Holt; step grandson Travis Overholt; step daughter in law Ruth Overholt and a sister Linda Cook.
Survivors include her son Carl Lee Overholt Jr. (Montea Pickett); grandson Heath Pickett; step-children Sanford (Glenda) Overholt, Darrell Overholt, Jimmy (Marlenia) Overholt; sisters Barbara Weems, Golda Campbell, Kathy Bragg, Lois Rickard and Darlene Carter; brothers Freddy Holt and Donald Holt. Additional survivors include several step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will host a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
Cremation Arrangements entrusted to Costner-Maloy & Brown Funeral Home.
