Barbara, I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers.
Mrs. Joines was my 4th grade teacher at Parrottsville Elementary back in 1974. I can still remember how much she encouraged her students to achieve and strive to be their very best. It was a valuable life lesson that has stayed with me 35 years later. \r\n\r\nGod bless this family.
