Mr. Dorsey Dale “Biggin” Fine, age 73, of Newport, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at his home. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in White Pine and was a long time mechanic in Newport. He was preceded in death by Read Obituary
